Questions
Questions parents ask
What ages is FluenZ Class for?
Ages 6 to 15: primary and middle school. Activities, wording and pace adapt to your child's age.
Does my child need to know some English already?
No. The free trial session finds the right starting point, even for a complete beginner.
When are the lessons?
You agree the weekly times with the teacher after the trial session. Every lesson shows in your child's app at your local time.
My child is shy or finds English hard. Is this for them?
Yes. Mistakes are expected and corrected kindly, and we start from your child's real level after the trial session.
What happens in the free trial session?
30 minutes online: some reading, a short conversation and a little listening. You get a written report the same day with strengths, the exact mistakes and a four-week plan.
What do we pay now?
Nothing before the free trial session. After it, we confirm the plan and the payment method with you on WhatsApp, then you pay for the period you choose, in the currency shown, with no extra fees from us.
Does it renew by itself?
No. Nothing is charged automatically: we remind you in your account before the period ends, and it continues only when you pay for the next one.
Can we stop, or change plans?
Yes, at any time. To stop, just don't renew, or switch renewal off in your account. To change plans, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it with you.
Why does the price depend on the country?
Prices are shown in each country's currency, and yours follows the country of your phone number.
Brothers and sisters?
Each child has their own profile, and we offer a family price.
